I Will Be Back ...

If you haven't already noticed ... I haven't been around much lately. I have been busy with work and just life in general and just haven't had the time or energy to blog. I have tried to read though ... and maybe, comment just a little.

Then, I got put in a situation that hasn't been very pleasant and it just makes me very angry and sad. I am in no danger .... other than, maybe, feeling like I have failed as a mother (and grandmother). I need to get through this week, then maybe I can get it all out in the open and I will feel better.

This next weekend can't get here soon enough.

These are 2 of my all-time favorite movies, ones that I have watched over and over, time and time again. And, the lead actor is one of the reasons I like them so well.

I could probably tell each and every scene from the movie Ghost - before it actually happens. I attempt to sing along with each and every song (as long as no one is around to hear - you definitely wouldn't want to hear me try to hit the high notes in Unchained Melody!!). The scene with the penny coming up the door ... I cry every time I see it.

Patrick Swayze is the person who made these movies worth watching ... my humble opinion, of course.

I am truly saddened to hear this news ...

Can someone tell me how to embed a video from YouTube? I haven't been able to master doing so - not that I haven't tried... and tried ...

HATE: Now, I have to buy a phone that actually has Caller ID !

LOVE: ON DEMAND

HATE: The remote has LOTS and LOTS of buttons that I don't know how to use yet!

LOVE: I will get a 19" HDTV in 8 - 12 weeks (FREE)
HATE: One of my older TVs might not last that long - the picture is blue - until it warms up after about a 1/2 hour !! (But the picture looks awesome - eventually)

HATE: I didn't sign up this week (the assignment scared me - I'm not all that creative when it comes to writing a story) AND it is supposed to be a movie trailer about your life (didn't want to scare anyone else!)

* I have been greatly overwhelmed lately (work, family, home, normal every day things ... really) - I don't seem to have enough time in a day/week to get everything done that I need/want to get done. I get frustrated (and the tears sometimes just fall too easily) and I don't know where to start. It's a slow and never ending process ...
