I was going to say oatmeal like SJ. I didn't use it as a bath though, unless the poison ivy was all over their bodies but it's a fantastic way to relief an itch. I would just make a liquidy paste out of the oatmeal and put it right on the poison ivy for 'instant' relief. Hope you don't get into any more. Ugh it's a pain.
