Weight Loss Wednesday Blues

Not so good this past week. I made my first goal of 30 lbs. a little while ago and this next goal of 20 lbs. isn't going so well. I need to go back to Phase 1 and it just hasn't happened! The food selections are just so boring ....

Weight Last Week: 198.2 lbs.
Weight This Week: 198.8 lbs.
Goal Weight: 180 lbs.

Pounds to Lose: Don't even feel like going there today!

Wednesday's are bad for me, I forgot this week - AGAIN.

I'm trying hard, but not getting very far...I guess it's time to really start working out.

Ugh, I hate working out!

Anyway, good job, you aren't doing bad at all!
